Successful collaboration between scaleups and corporates holds immense potential for both parties. New export market opportunities, access to the groundbreaking innovation, expanded customer base, capital for scaling are just a few to mention.

SCALE-ABLE is a new project designed to establish a sustainable service that empowers scalable companies to enhance growth potential through corporate collaborations. Its objective is to tackle the underused potential that can be achieved through cross-border systematic matchmaking and collaboration between corporations and scaling technology companies from Estonia, Finland and Sweden. The unique matchmaking method developed by Ignite Sweden will be utilized to align companies.

The project contains four workshops and tailored matchmaking events that will be held across the participating countries of Estonia, Finland and Sweden. The first of these matchmakings will take place at Norrköping Science Park on 31 January, 2024, with a workshop and mingle on the preceding day.

The SCALE-ABLE project is driven by Ignite Sweden, Norrköping Science Park and SISP – Swedish Incubators and Science Parks (Sweden), Tehnopol (Estonia), and Turku Science Park (Finland). The 2.5-year project is funded by Central Baltic Interreg Programme 2021–2027.

The healthcare industry is facing new challenges which require disruptive solutions, with or without AI. Join us at an in-person event where private companies and the public healthcare sector come together to discuss the implementation of medical technology and its efficient scalability in international markets.

The event kicks-off with a matchmaking session where corporates and organizations meet the most innovative Swedish medtech startups to explore possibilities to collaborate and innovate together. 


The event continues with a conference aimed at fostering knowledge sharing, spreading insights, and enhancing networking opportunities among international and national stakeholders. The program will feature keynote speakers and engaging roundtable discussions, centering around topics such as medtech innovation in the life science sector, the integration of medtech innovation within caregiver organizations, and strategies for effective implementation, scaling up, and internationalization.

The third edition of our upcoming digital matchmaking event Ignite IndTech on October 11 offers an excellent opportunity for startups to connect with corporates seeking innovative solutions and technology for the industry.

In the third edition of the Sweden-Canada Startup Matchday, a limited number of Swedish startups will have the unique opportunity to meet world-leading Canadian corporations live in Montreal, Canada.

As part of the Sweden Canada Innovation Days, startups will also have the opportunity to participate in a range of workshops and networking activities to explore the Canadian innovation ecosystem further.
