SISP process personal information on the basis of legitimate interest only after conducting a balance assessment where we consider 1. our legitimate interests, 2. the individual’s interests, rights and freedoms and 3. the necessity of processing.

We strive to balance the individuals interests, rights and freedoms and so the processing of personal information based on legitimate interest is necessary and carried out in accordance to the rules of conduct outlined in this policy. We use Pipedrive is our client relationship management platform and your personal information is processed in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

Photographs and videos will be taken during our events, which will be used for editorial use, marketing purposes (i.e. advertising and social media) and other information purposes, together with your name and the name of the company you work for. By signing up to our events, you give Ignite Sweden the consent to use this material.

Ignite Sweden is committed to processing this material in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you do not want to appear in any picture or videos, please notify us to info@ignitesweden.org before the event takes place and we will give you further instructions.
